How to raise a support request
Following are the steps to raise a ticket to the support team.
Step1: Login to Lumenore with your credentials. On the successful login on the landing page, you can find support icons near your profile in the right corner of the screen.

Step2: Click on the Support Icon

Step 3: A new tab will open in the browser

Step 4: Click on Report an Issue and fill in the Issue details

After filling in all the details, hit on Submit & Then Your ticket will be successfully created.
Step 6: To view the status of the Issue, click on the menu icon

Step 7; Click on Tickets Icon

Step 8: Select the required ticket status to view the tickets
